Can you advise whether one is available and if not suggest a generic to use?

Thanks for reaching out. IBIS models are beneficial to simulate the signal integrity on digital inputs and outputs. Parts that do not have digital pins usually doesn't have an IBIS model.

Yes it's the clock signal to the Sync pin we're concerned with.
If there's no model for the LTM8045 is there another with similar clock input characteristics?
