Should the marking be 1764AEFE33 or LT1764AEFE-3.3?
In the datasheet the FE part marking is LT1764AEFE-3.3 but on the part that I have bought the part marking is just 1764AEFE33
Pay attention not just to the LT, there is not a dot between 3 and 3
