Hello,
LT parts which have a letter behind their number code (like A, B or C) are pin compatible. The changes mostly just offer improvements and/or more robust operation compared to the 'older' part.

My explanation same goes with H & J. The J part probably offer improvements on the manufacture side and/or more robust operation compared to the 'older' part which is the H part. You can still choose either part since they still have the same operating temperature and operation.
