Refer to page 11 of the datasheet. Output capacitance and load resistance is dependent on your design. as for the inductor value, it is at 0.22uH,

Hi Jhun,
Thank for the reply. We plan to run transient simulation in our tool with our PDN model, therefore we're looking for the accurate model.The inductance seems rather high to me, and usually there will be serial resistace (several mohm range maybe) as well which was not listed in the block diagram, that's why I'm questioning if there is any more accurate numbers.
Also, do you have IBIS/SPCIE or any model that can be used/imported in Ansys tool?
In addition, we have already our board cap/res models simulated, what's missing for the full PDN is what's inside the regulators.
