Hello,

In LTC4291-1/LTC4292 4-Port IEEE 802.3bt PoE PSE Controller,

In open circuit detection time cycle 160ms in datasheet, but we found 240ms time cycle So can you help for solve this problem.

And we found in auto mode "Rsig to low" In Detection status.

Our project is 4-Port IEEE 802.3bt PoE and Our estimated annual usage around 1000-10000 Qty.

So please help for contact local FAE,

It's any software setting required for this problem or any hardware problem?
