On LTM4630 (and others, will tag below), is the CLKOUT active when the RUN1 and RUN2 pin are low? Does the CLKOUT become active when _either_ run pin is true?

Hello Jake,
It looks like the CLKOUT pin status is not dependent on the RUN pin of the part, so when not in used you can leave it floating. It is only affected depending on the MODE_PLLIN and PHASMD pins.
