    Hi,
    

    

    I'm using LTC3558 on my project. Sometimes, I have confirmed bad battery indicate on CHRG pin within 10min.
    

    According to the datasheet, In case of bad battery, LTC3558 is indicated more than 30min later.
    

    Could you teach me why CHRG pin indicate the bad battery within 10min.

      Hi,
      

      I would like to confirm  that the LED is blinking at 6.1Hz 50% and not 1.5Hz 50%. 
      

       
      

      If it is a bad battery indication, what is the sequence of events leading up to the 10min period? 
      

      Is this with a new power or battery connection when the problem occurs?

        I have confirmed that modulation frequency was 6.1Hz 50%. I also confirmed battery connection.
        

        The issue looks like happen by protection ic. However, I seem this Bad Battery behavior is different to datasheet. If you have information and interrupt function, Please let me know.

        Hi,
        

        I have not seen or heard of any issues with the timer being less than 10 minutes at the start of a new charge cycle. What are the events leading up to this? Battery connection, power connection, coming out of suspend mode, DUVLO or UVLO?
