Is there any suggested circuit for boosting the current from the gate driver pin using a bypass transistor? Is it possible?
I'm using a LT3796 SEPIC based circuit operating at Vin = 68 .. 90V Vout=75.8V Iout=4.75A(maximum pulsed current) Freq=400kHz and I'm planning to use a mosfet driver on the GATE output due the low current limit of INTVcc regulator but the use of a bootstrap transistor will reduce the component count.
I appreciate any shared experience.
Thanks,
RS
