Product Number: LTM4613
I have a PCB that uses a LTC6908 spread spectrum oscillator operating at 600kHz in 1/16 modulation mode and driving two LTM4613 uModules.
One LTM4613 operates at 14V and is working in spread spectrum mode as expected
The other LTM4613 operates at 5.1V but it does not operate in spread spectrum mode. Instead it operates at 429kHz fixed frequency. The PLL input is valid (correct timing, no noise). If I adjust the output voltage to 14V, it now starts working in spread spectrum mode.
Why does the LTM4613 not operate in spread spectrum mode if the output voltage is 5V?
