Hi Team,
We are generating power rail of 1.3V from 3.3V/5V using fixed linear voltage regulator IC P/N# ADM7170ACPZ-1.3-R7.
We are getting input voltage of 3.3V/5V as applied at input pins but we not are getting 1.3V at output. We also tried to change input voltage range from 2.3V-5.5V as per in datasheet still we not observing any voltages on output pin. Enable pin is also high.
Schematic design for the same is as below:
Note:
Input voltage is changed to 3.3V.
C19 is replaced with 1nF.
I would be grateful if you can help me with the solution and pointing out the problem with the design at earliest.
