Hello,
I am working on a design that includes 4 of these parts. In power standby mode, only the 3.3V and 5V power rails are available to the system. In this mode, the LTC7801 VIN and EXTVCC inputs will be zero volts, but due to how I am presently synchronizing the supplies, some of the PLLIN pins will be pulled to 5V in standby mode. I would like to know if applied voltage to the PLLIN pin in absence of voltage on the VIN and EXTVCC pins could potentially damage the parts and/or result in long term reliability issues. In the case where 5V is applied via pull-up, the current will be limited to ~2.3mA.
