LTM8042 PWM Dimming timing

Question

Regarding the LTM8042 PWM dimming: When the PWM dimming signal goes from LOW to HIGH, how long does it take the LED Current to reach its 100% of its setting? Also how long does the turn off time take from when PWM goes from HIGH to LOW for to reach 0% output current?

 You may refer from the page 17 of the datasheet regarding the PWM Dimming control of LTM8042. This part also has an available LTSpice model and demo circuits so you can confirm depending on your application.
