We don't have this data readily available. If you insist on getting one, you may request through local ADI FAE. Can you tell me what is reason why you need this info other than theta-JA and theta-JC in datasheet?

Thank you very much for your reply. I understand the situation that theta-CA value is not available so far. Our customer would like to have it for their reference. Basically they will be able to calculate ambient temperature from theta-JA and power dissipation.
