Are LTC3623EUDD and LTC3623IUDD direct substitutes? 
 If not, what are their differences?

 Thanks for reaching out. To answer your question, "yes" they are direct substitute. The E and I denotes the temperature grade which contains the maximum and minimum temperature test. You can check it on this link:
