    My customers are looking for LED drivers.
    

    as specifications
    

    1) Vin : 100V(max)
    

    2) Vled : 36 ~ 48V@1.3A over.
    

    On the web, LT8356-1 is shown as a suitable IC. As shown in the figure in the datasheet below,

    It is possible, but I am worried that the IC might hit the abs max rating and fail when a fluctuation occurs on the input for the 100V requirement. I would suggest to find another part or lower the maximum input voltage.
