 Can I get the schematic diagram of Eval-ADP5051?

 Thanks for reaching out. I have attached here a clearer schematic of the ADP5051/3 but the rev.D version. But take note of the following differences compared to the one you found in the wiki site: 
 
 values of components populated in COMP1 and COMP2 pins. 
 the omitting of the FET in SCL and SDA signal to I2C connector. 
 
 All else are the same. for the component values and part number, you may refer to the BOM available on the wikipage.
