LT3790

We specifically use the LT3790IFE#PBF. According to the data sheet, the component is intended for "automotive applications". Are there any quality specifications regarding AEC-Q or something comparable? Or are there explicit types that meet equivalent quality standards?

Hi Chris, we currently have no plans to qualify the LT3790 family to AEC-Q100. Although this part can be used for automotive applications due to its high voltage capability, we do not offer any AEC-Q100 on this part.
