Hi,
Customer 's end-user received the 38pc & "suspect" this is not genuine part because of the APPEARANCE & X-RAY DISCREPENCY, comparing their lot (production) with IQC.(see attached file below)
3pins versus 2 pins.
Their QC has put the 38pc parts on hold from production & requested proof on parts (why different) & any PCN -product change notice on the lead-frame & /die.
Please help to advise whether can support their request with document .
If possible, please advise how to read the top marking of the parts as follows:
1st line : 3091
2nd line : N7401 ( lot# 9374011)
3rd line : LT7L ( DC1749?)
