Request the Value of θJB (theta - JB) of LTC3884

Hello, 
 My customer use LTC3884 in their system. 
 And they have a heating issue of LTC3884 (DC/DC). 
 
 So they will try to do the thermal simulation for their system. 
 And for this simulation, they need the Value of &theta;JB (theta - JB) of LTC3884 .

Would you provide the Value of &theta;JB (theta - JB) of LTC3884?

Hello, 
 
 I receved that ADI desn't have information about &theta;JB value of LTC3884 from ADI local office. 
 And if possible, they should use &theta;JC vlaue instead of &theta;JB.
