Differences Between LTC4267IGN, LTC4267IGN-3 and LTC4267CGN-3

The LTC4267 and LTC4267-1 operate at 200kHz switching frequency, while the LTC4267-3 operates at 300kHz. The LTC4267-3 and LTC4267-1 have slightly higher internal hotswap current limits than the LTC4267. I and C, as in IGN and CGN, are different temperature grades.
