LTC2992-DC2561A & DC590B show Failed to download file from http://...../D2992.txt

Question

I use DC590B in order to read current and voltage from LTC2992-DC2561A. 
 
 I downloaded from https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/dc590b.html#eb-documentation and installed QuickEval K117 on Windows 10. 
 After I also installed ins2992.msi from http://ltspice.analog.com/quikeval/ins2992.msi 
 When I run QuikEval or LTC2992 GUI, I got this error message However, I still got this error message.

I have no idea how to solve it. I follow the step to install but still now work. 
 Is there any step I did wrong?

Greetings Amelie, 
 Unfortunately there are some issues with QuikEval that we are aware of and trying to get fixed. My only recommendation would be to delete and redownload everything. As an alternative while we are looking into this, I would recommend using a Linduino | Design Center | Analog Devices . In the Sketchbook there is code and a simple menu based GUI for the LTC2992.
