LTC4364-2 OCP functional issue

Any updates on my query?

Apart from that, I am facing a similar issue with OVP protection as well.

Max Input Voltage= 24V
Max Current= 4Amp-5Amp
Over voltage= 32V
Under voltage = 8.5V

Kindly provide the resolution for both issues.

I have verified the same and those are OK. Currently I am able to test OCP up to 2Amp on 12V successfully.

PCB layout may have played critical role in the performance especially the location of the Rsense resistor. When you said it is ok at 2A but not so at 4A may mean noise is being picked up that presented incorrect information right at the IC Sense pin. I don't know if the input choke has something to do with the OVP problem. Depends on inductance, there could be voltage spike at the input side when switch is running at higher current then turned-off. I recommend that you get hold of a demo board and try out your design.
