LTC4370 vs LTC4353

Question

we have a design that uses LTC4353, but would like to use LTC4370 in its place because of availability issues. 
 Can the LTC4370 be used without the sense resistors?

Hi SHFDS, 
 According to the datasheet, connecting RANGE pin to Vcc disables the load sharing loop and the device now behaves as a dual ideal diode controller. I think this means that the sense resistors can be removed too since they are only needed for current sharing accuracy. 
 Better to test in bench to be sure.)
