The load is 66-120W and this could be 3.5 to 13.89Amps. It has a voltage range of 8V98-18V11.
I am using the LTC4417 PowerPath Controller Design Tool to design three power sources.
The tool suggests a 26V9 droop could occur.
The load has a 8V98 minimum.
Does this mean that if channel 2 falls to 9V, it will then droop by up to 26V9 while switching to channel 3?
If this is correct, this will cause the load to power down.
Increasing the output capacitance in the tool does not help. Are there any suggestions to solve the droop problem?
