You won't be able to use the LTC3265 as its input supply is only rated up to 16V for VIn_P. Is your input fixed at 24V?

LTC3265 has a boost charge pump which only has a max input of 16V. It also means you cannot produce a stepped down +12V output.
However, the inverting charge pump can take 24V input and produce -12V output through the negative LDO.
