ADP7104 Cascade problem

Category: Software
Product Number: ADP7104

Hi

I used three ADP7104 regulators on my board to generate 2.5V, 1.8V and 1.2V rails from a 3.3V supply.
The voltage rails are used to supply a FPGA.

I used the POWERGOOD signal of each regulator to Enable the next regulator, in order to have a proper power-up sequence.

There is a strange problem in the circuit. The 1.8V rail randomly fails (goes to zero volt). At this times, The En pin of the 1.8V regulator (which is the powergood signal of the 2.5V regulator) also goes to a value about 100 milivolts.

1- Is the configuration of the circuit OK?
2- Since I did not want hysteresis, I did not used the R1 and R2 resistors for En pin, mentioned in the datasheet. May be this is the cause of my problem? The En pin has a hysteresis current sourcing out from the pin when the regulator enabled. In my circuit, I think, that current flows through the feedback resistors of the previous stage regulator.

Here is my schematic:

Thanks in advance for your help.
