Hi Ron, thanks for the schematic example!

If the wall adapter voltage will be 12V, with this schematic then we will have such behavior:

a)

If starting with POE - power will be supplied from POE, even if we connect 12V adapter.

in this case, if we remove POE - a seamless transition to 12V adapter will be.

b)

If starting with 12V adapter, then connect POE - power will be supplied from adapter, and no POE detection/negotiation will be starting.

in this case, if we remove 12V - no seamless transition to POE

Is there any possibility to have seamless transition from wall adapter to POE with this controller?
