Hi,
I am using 24V lead acid battery charger LTC4162IUFD-SST#TRPBF fixed volatge version and 100% working fine.
But SST fixed voltage version is not available now, So im testing with LTC4162IUFD-SADM#TRPBF I2c adjustable version, Battery charge is terminated in 26V only, it means battery not charging up to 100%. I don't have MCU in my PCB and input voltage is 32V.

Have you checked if you set the vcharge_setting register correctly? There are other registers you might need to check and set correctly to allow proper operation.
Based on this equation from page 16 of the datasheet:
where vcharge_setting default is 21
Vcharge = (6 + 28.571mV x 21) x 4 = 26.4V. I think this value is close enough to the 26V you mentioned.
