Hi,
I'm creating 350W led driver with LT3763, which will be drived from MCU (in this moment, from regulated power source with trimr). I have 4 layers PCB, but maybe bad, as I'm doing it first time, also have a little place for it (as this, I cannot use demo board layout). My layout should be to U sign, on the on the Left upper is input way, on the Right upper there should be output, connection to MCU is on the bottom. (Because of this, I must get Rs connection near by inductor). Tried to change fsw, tried to change Vc (it didn't nothing), tried to change inductor type, Fet.. I would like to try small switching PCB (only for FETs,Inductor,Fet Capacitors) and connect it to my board (as Inductor will be far away, it shoule make smaller induction peaks).
In this moment, led is ok from 0 to aprox 1/8 of power, then she dims a little and on the scope, there is fault pulled down (peak to down and going up as on RC).
I'm trying it on lower input voltage - aprox 40, because when I go up to 48V, BG pin goes connected to IntVcc for forewer. Tried to add some small capacitors, tried to measure something on scope, but ... Still the same, all is going great to 35-40W (it depends on input voltage).
Is there any reason for connecting BG - IntVcc (I had 10 chips, but only 2 rest) ? Is there any detailed layout description or someone who can help me ?
Someone could help me ?
P.S.> Sorry for my english
