Differences between LTC7000, LTC7000-1, LTC7000A and LTC7001

Hello,

Can someone point me to the difference between the high voltage static gate drivers for NMOS? Also for what features to use which one?

Thanks, Prithvi

  • The LTC7001 is a low pin count, basic high-side driver. The LTC7000-1 adds current limiting and greater high-voltage pin spacing. The LTC7000 is the full featured offering with standard pin spacing, current limiting and RUN/OVLO/ISET/IMON pins. The LTC7000A enables IMON 1us after INP goes high (versus 150us with the LTC7000). The front page of the Data Sheet(s) list the features.
