Erroneous trigger of Precharged output when switching mode

Hi,

Would you help capture a waveform same as figure 36 or do you know the load current of ADP5303 when you switch the mode?

Vin is 4V - 6.5V triggers on all voltages in the range

No observable dip in Vin on the scope.

current draw is approximately 4mA from the inductor before triggering.

current shows negative flow across the inductor after trigger and fail point.

SW pin is active in hysteresis mode, shows an 8uS pause of activity after Mode goes high.

mode pin rise time is 20nS and goes from 20mV to 2.3V.

VID is 76.8k ohn at 1%

SW pin frequency is 2MHz 68% duty normally, but when a failure occurs it dropped to 1Mhz 28% duty

I can capture a waveform and show schematic and layout info, but there's no way to upload images to the site.

You can of course upload images. Use Insert then Image. Or you can zip files for multiple waveforms to upload single file.
