About the variation (error) of the voltage between FBP-FBN terminals of LTC3783

Apologies for late response. I don’t have any additional information on Vfbp-Vfbn.

The two pins are used to set the current sense regulation level of error amplifier. The error amp has 3mV offset that needs to be considered with respect to the selected current sense threshold. For example if 100mV threshold is used the maximum current sense error will be 3mV or 3%.

It is assumed to be the input offset voltage of U2 above.

Actually, it is assumed that there are variations in R1 and R2, and variations in U1 and U3.
