I'm looking at LTC7132 specs and it's described at website and 1st page of datasheet as 25 A per channel regulator.
Yet in datasheet at electrical characteristics there's no maximum current. Also evaluation kit is 20 A per channel or 40 A combined. In LTpowerCAD project default is 20 A and when changed to 25 A it reds out peak inductor current as more than 25 A. Most performance characteristics except one in datasheet are up to 20 A.
So I'm bit confused. It looks like a 20 A regulator to me, so why it is advartised as 25 A regulator? Or I'm missing something?
