LT8610AC-1 start-up problem

Question

Hello, I'm working on a new design using LT8610AC-1 to step down from 12-24V to 5V. Mounting the LT8601IMSE old one, all works perfectly; Because of the diffulties to find the last one, we mounted the available LT8610AC-1; but with this one the dc-dc doesn't start at all, and the power supply goes to current protection. I've already changed all the conditioning components in order to fit the application note, but this did not help me at all. What am I missing. I can attach schematics, if needed.

Hi Pierpaolo, 
 Thanks for application of LT8610AC. 
 It looks like some place is shorted. In my view, it is recommended to test the impedance of the vin. 
 It would be helpful to see the schematics.
