Is TmpGD a pulse or a held voltage when Vout1 reaches TempSet?

  • Hi ,

Thanks for reaching out. The TMPGD is a voltage that toggles HIGH when VOUT1 reaches TEMPSET with hysteresis. It operates as a window comparator. In the sample condition in the datasheet,  TEMPSET is set to 1.5V. So the typical low threshold is at 1.46V and the high threshold is 1.54V. It follows the TEMPSET voltage. The LOW and HIGH level of the TMPGD voltage is 0.4V and 2.0V respectively.

    Thanks,
