I am considering using the LT3033 because of it's low dropout voltage (95 to 135mV). I have an input voltage in the range of 3.3 to 4.2v and my output voltage will be 3.1v.
But I'm confused about note 4 on page 4 of the datasheet (https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/LT3033.pdf)
The note states that for Vout higher than 0.2V, the dropout voltage is 1.14V. Why is this so much larger than the specified dropout voltage specified in the table on page 3?
