I'm not familiar of application that put LDO's in series. Can you share more info about what you want to achieve?
I'd like to reach an output around 15v. I was thinking why not set the output of 3x adm7150 in serie. What do you think ?
You may consider choosing LDO with capable of higher voltage instead of configuring multiple LDO's in series which the said configuration is not widely used. You can select in the ADI selection table in analog.com:
