This table is in 3 data sheets; the LT8640-1 data sheet, the LT8640S/LT8643S data sheet, and the LT8640S-2/LT8643S-2 data sheet. The column INTERNAL CAPS, only applies to the parts in one of the data sheets…

This table is in 3 data sheets; the LT8640-1 data sheet, the LT8640S/LT8643S data sheet, and the LT8640S-2/LT8643S-2 data sheet. The column INTERNAL CAPS, only applies to the parts in one of the data sheets, for the LT8640S/LT8643S parts. The table is in the other two data sheets, but those parts don't have those caps in them. There is no mention in those other two data sheets what those caps are or are for. If you want to know, you have to look at the one data sheet for the LT8640S/LT8643S parts.
