i am trying to identify a 2-quadrant buck converter with the following characteristics for a TEC driver:
- type: buck/buck-boost/synchronous buck
- current capability > 5A both in sourcing and sinking (2-quadrant)
- price < 4 USD
- minimum output voltage range: 1 V to 12 V
- external inductor/internal switches are preferred
Are there some parts which could match the stated specifiations?
