Hello, can you advise if the error amplifier in LTC3405A needs type II compensation? if its internally compensated can you advise what phase boost it has and what is the approximate zero crossing of the loop gain is?
Thank you

Type II compensation is not a must. For the bandwidth, it's also related with the system parameter. We recommend a direct test on your designed system and decide whether adding Type II can give you a desired stability margin.
