Looking to use TWO LT3761 drivers to replace the LT3797 we were currently using. I never used the "Sync" option and wasn't planning on it, but in the event that I do - How do I use the Sync pin to sync two of these together? The datasheet doesn't seem to give enough details on that. Is there an example schematic for such connections?
Also, if I don't use the Sync feature, the datasheet states to connect the pin to the PWM_OUT pin instead. Is this correct? The LT3755 states to connect it to GND.... If I procure the LT3761 that has the OPENLED pin, is there any harm by having that connected directly to the PWMOUT? I want to design this so I can use either LT3761 chips due to availability...
