Apologies for the delay. We hope you found a solution already. Solving for the FRA of SEPIC converter is different and more complicated than a boost converter. 

You can solve for FRA of SEPIC using the averaged switch model. Check out this lecture: Introduction to Circuit Averaging and Averaged Switch Modeling - Averaged Switch Modeling and Averaged Circuit Simulations | Coursera. It gives an example based on a SEPIC converter.

You can also get the Bode plot of the LT3479 using LTSpice. Here is a reference on how to do it: LTspice: Basic Steps in Generating a Bode Plot of SMPS | Analog Devices
