LTC4216 Supply Current when Disabled

Question

What is the supply current when the LTC4216 Hot Swap Controller is disabled (Von = 0V)? I cannot find that in the data sheet.

The supply current, Icc, does not change by a significant amount if the ON pin is below the threshold Von(th). 
 The current will be 1.6mA typical 3mA maximum. 
 The ON pin is not a shutdown pin.
