Greetings!!


In the LDO part LT1580, it was mentioned that 2.5V fixed output  and adjustable outputs in the datasheets. But it was not mentioned that, how much maximum output voltage can be configured in the part.


Can you please help me with the maximum adjustable output voltage for the part LT1580 and how to configure it.

    I can say that if I can based on this info,
    

       
    

    Assuming your Vpower is 6V as this is the absolute maximum -0.8 as indicated on the definition of Vpower pin, I can say that you can achieve an output voltage of 5.2V. However I would not suggest that you suppy the Vpower with 6 volts, because that's already the absolute maximum. Slight overshoot may damage the IC if not properly checked.
