There are two types of -40 to +150 temperature grades, J-grade and H-grade in LT8636 device.
Would you please let me know the difference between LT8636J and LT8636H?

Hi Koide,
Sorry for late reply. J and H are actually same in terms of electrical characteristics. They have the same temperature range too. The difference is that with H there is more guarantee since it is 100% tested at extreme cold and hot temperatures.
