LTC3260 slowly decreasing output voltage level

Question

Hi, 
 We draw a few hundred uA from both LDO outputs of LTC3260. When we first power up we have [LDO-] fine but when we check [VOUT-] it is slighly lower (-4v8 instead of -5v0). 
 Over time [VOUT-] goes to -3v0 and [LDO-] becomes zero. If we power down and wait, we have the initial state again. Any ideas?

Interesting, only a few hundred uA does this. Is the part getting hot? What is the input current? What is the -LDO set to? Is the input voltage a steady 5.0V?)
