Soft-start time of LT8638S

 Could you please help me. How do I calculate soft-start time of LT8638S? Do you have a equation to get it?

You can use the capacitor charge formula Ic=C dV/dt 
 where 
 Ic= 2uA, SS pin internal pull-up 
 C= Soft start cap 
 dV= 1V (ramp from 0V to 1V) 
 dt= soft start time 
 
 therefore dt= C* dV/ Ic)
