I am replying to you because I need to design a Buck Power Supply Vi=60V and Vo=50V to 1.5V. I read the LT3724´s datasheet, and it says that the: "Output Voltages up to 36V (Step-Down)"; but I don´t understand why the voltage output is limitated and the reason why it is not possible to rise til the Vi? Can you help me? Has the Duty Cycle a limit?

LT3724 works with current sense pins VENSE+ and SENSE-, which do see Vout. These pins have an absmax of 40V:
hence the 36V as max output voltage.
On top of this important fact there are more modern parts in our portfolio which you should select for your app:
