I have been testing a prototype pcb, and been having some issues with a LT3174 circuit that takes about 5V as input voltage and outputs +-12V based on the example circuit found on page 16 in the datasheet. When powered the positive rail sits a 5.5V, the negative rail on -3.1V and the input voltage drops to 2.2V. I have been experimenting with changing the resistor value in the soft-start RC networks to 20K and 100K which does not change the results. The inductors used have a saturation current of 1.44 A, which should be fine according to the datasheet. What could be the issue?
