LTC4366-2 RLC Ratings for High Voltage Application

I'm planning to use below circuit for 360V 14A application for surge protection.

Here i would like to know what should be the ratings required RLC components for safe operation. For example , power ratings for Rg, Cg, Rin, Rss, C1 , RFb etc

  • Rg can be rather low-power resistor, 0.250 or even 0.125 is enough. In this schematic it not consume too much current, only in time when transistor turns on and off.  Cg capacitor should be rather high-voltage, at least 400, better 450 V. Because it will charge up to gate-drive voltage. Other resistive components can be 0.125 W too, but you should remember about it's voltage ratings. It may be usefull to devide some resistors by 2 separate resistor.
